Our team is always here to answer questions and help you make the most of your wellness routine. Whether you want to incorporate regular contrast therapy, combine it with other wellness practices, or optimize recovery for training, we’re here to guide you.

Arrival & Check-In
When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by our friendly team. We’ll take a few moments to discuss your goals and answer any questions you have about contrast therapy, infrared sauna, or cold plunges. Your session is private, and we’re here to make sure you feel comfortable and supported.
Stretching Area (Optional)
We have a dedicated stretching area for clients who want to move their body before or after their session. You can:
- Warm up and loosen muscles before stepping into the sauna or cold plunge
- Stretch and cool down after your contrast therapy session
This space helps you maximize the benefits of your session, improve mobility, and feel even more energized.


Your Private Suite
You’ll be guided to your private wellness suite, complete with:
- Infrared sauna with red light panels
- Cold plunge tub
The suite is yours for the duration of your session, giving you a calm and peaceful environment to focus on your body and recovery.
Before you begin, we’ll go over how to use the sauna and cold plunge safely. You can bring your own towel and water, or we’ll provide everything you need. This is your time, so we encourage you to relax, breathe deeply, and focus on your wellness goals.
The Sauna Experience
Step into the infrared sauna to start your session. The deep, soothing heat penetrates your muscles and joints, helping:
- Detoxification and lymphatic flow
- Relief from soreness and tension
- Circulation and energy boost
- Stress reduction and mental clarity
The red light panels further enhance your session by stimulating cellular repair, reducing inflammation, and promoting overall recovery.


The Cold Plunge
After your sauna session, immerse yourself in the cold plunge tub. Cold therapy helps:
- Reduce inflammation and accelerate recovery
- Boost circulation and immune response
- Increase alertness, energy, and mood
- Reset and invigorate your body
You’ll alternate between the sauna and cold plunge for a contrast therapy cycle, allowing your body to fully reap the benefits of heat and cold.

After your session, take a few moments in the stretching area to lengthen your muscles, improve mobility, and maximize recovery. Then, rest, hydrate, and savor the feeling of renewed energy. Many of our clients report feeling lighter, more relaxed, and invigorated immediately after their visit.
